Transcripts

Please make sure you fill out a Transcript Release Form for your FINAL transcript to be sent to the college you are attending. The link to the form is enclosed. Copies of the form are also available in the office.

• Before filling the form out, you will need to know the college you are attending.

• If you are under the age of 18, a parent must sign the form.

• Please return the completed form to Cassandra in the office.
